diana lauren goldstein takes a lot of photos of what we define as 'hipsters'. her commercial shots are pretty sweet though.

illustrations & photographs

the work of Adam Haynes (who some of you might recognise through his Nike 6.0 stunt). Real unique illustrator/painter, i love the way he uses nature within his work. a real strong theme of wood, and the forest can be seen! check him out here.

and whilst you're surfing, check out the candid photographs of peter sutherland, he's got some really nice portraits happening in his 'projects' section.

"here, take my card"

in other news; just listening to some crookers who i am sure will produce an amazing show in coming months at stereosonic. can't get enough of 'mad decent' - love the fidget!

51 business cards that are certainly out of the norm.
Definitely worth a look, there are some absolute gems in there! Below would have to be my personal favourite.

PARTOFTHEWEEKENDNEVERDIES

available to view, and enjoy, right HERE!

footscray

holds the melbourne museum of printing (letterpress type of thing). i went there to get some brownie points from my uni lecturer. the museum itself was pretty interesting, found out how all the old publications were arranged, printed, etc. had the option of getting my own slug of type made up but funds persisted.

footscray itself is pretty daunting. bums were seen passed out in the middle of the streets, same with some guy being attended to by medics. pretty crazy!

pause

terribly sorry about the extreme lack of updates recently, i've been quite busy, and the 'ol blogspot has taken the back seat to say the least.
i found this gem of a video a couple days ago whilst browsing interesting, new websites (i love new websites), and thought that i had to share it, and what better way to share it than re-vamping clamchowder.
